Taekwondo is the ancient Korean art of self-defense with over 1400 years of history, and is renowned for it's practicality and dynamic kicking techniques. Taekwondo builds strong bodies and clear minds. Physically
we train to be in shape, defend our-selves, and live a long life. Mentally
we train with respect, discipline, self-control, courtesy, and perseverance.
The product of the art is ones-self.
